Catarina Carvalho, a master’s graduate from Electrical and Computer Engineering ao Técnico is named to the ENR‘s 2023 Top 20 under 40 list. The award ceremony will take place in March 2023, in the United States of America (USA).

The list recognises the best construction sector professionals under the age of 40 representing all construction industry segments from across the US regions. Nearly 600 entries were received in this edition.
