Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC) launches its Summer Internship Program

The Jülich Supercomputing Centre invites students who have already completed their bachelor's degree but have not yet finished their master's to join the summer program for a period of 10 weeks, from August 4 to October 10, 2025. The program is supported by the CECAM – Centre Européen de Calcul Atomique et Moléculaire.
What areas are available?
Depending on their prior knowledge, students may work with researchers in various fields:
- quantum computing;
- GPU computing;
- performance evaluation of parallel algorithms in linear algebra;
- data science (machine learning, data analysis);
- programming models and performance portability;
- programming of hierarchical parallel systems;
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) in HPC.
Participants should be familiar with the computational aspect of their field of study. Additionally, they are expected to have hands-on experience, including good programming skills in C, C++, Python, or Fortran, on Linux systems.
