André Martins, joint Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and at the Departament of Computer Science and Engineering, and researcher at Instituto de Telecomunicações (IT), is the newest member of the Research & Innovation Advisory Group (RIAG) of EuroHPC Joint Undertaking.

EuroHPC JU is a joint initiative between the EU, European countries and private partners to develop a World Class Supercomputing Ecosystem in Europe.

RIAG is one of two Advisory Groups of the Industrial and Scientific Advisory Board, and it consist of no more than twelve members.
