DEEC has a new Laboratory of Avionics
DEEC's new Avionics Laboratory promotes experimental teaching in disciplines and postgraduation projects related to the topic of avionics in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, among others.
In the academic year 2023/2024, this laboratory will be accessible and fully operational, allowing the study of various navigation signals from Lisbon airport, the development of antennas for navigation systems and satellites, as well as experiencing, in an immersive environment, the navigation systems of an Airbus 319.
The avionics laboratory led by professors Paulo André and Carlos Fernandes was implemented with financial support from Técnico's pedagogical council, through a pedagogical innovation project (PiP), and from DEEC, through the DEECProj initiative.
