Professor Luís Correia has been distinguished by "The European Association on Antennas and Propagation" (EurAAP).

Every year, from 2011, EurAPP awards the "EurAAP Antenna Award" and the " EurAAP Propagation Award".

Professor Luís Correia was the recipient of "2021 EurAAP Propagation Award" for "leadership in the field of propagation for wireless and mobile communications".
