This year, the prize Eng. Ivo Gonçalves was awarded to Gonçalo Duarte Calado, MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

The Eng. Ivo Gonçalves award aims to reward the best IST student whom, in the year in which the prize is awarded, attends the Integrated Master in Electrical and Computer Engineering (MEEC) and is following the MEEC Energy specialization area.

The presentation of the award was made by Prof. Luís Marcelino Ferreira, Coordinator of the Scientific Area of Energy, and the award was delivered by Dr. Nuno Gonçalves, representative of Eng. Ivo Gonçalves family, at the welcoming session for new LEEC students.
