Applications are now open for the 2nd edition of the Open Data Academy Challenge Award, which aims to recognize the best master's theses or projects from the academic years 2023/24 and 2024/25. Eligible entries must focus on the energy transition and make use of data from E-REDES’ Open Data Portal.

Applications must be submitted by December 31, 2025, through the E-REDES website. Three prizes will be awarded, with the first-place winner receiving up to €6,000.
