Applications for the 2023 University of Lisbon Award are open until October 28, 2024.
Established with the support of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, the ULisboa Award aims to recognize and honor an individual of Portuguese or foreign nationality who has made a remarkable contribution to the advancement and enhancement of Science and/or Culture, as well as to the international projection of Portugal.
The ULisboa Award is granted annually by decision of a jury, whose President is the Rector of the University of Lisbon. The total monetary prize amounts to €25,000.00.
