Applications for the next session of the ATHENS programme, taking place from 15 to 22 November 2025, are open until 24 September 2025.

The ATHENS Programme offers intensive specialisation courses, delivered at each member institution during one or two designated periods (“Sessions”) of the academic year. It enables students to attend one of the courses offered by the network of universities over a period of seven days.

Each session includes around 60 courses, covering a wide range of subjects, from engineering to the social sciences. The aim is to provide students with a short immersion in a European education system different from their own, while also involving participants in the culture of the host institution and city.
