Welcome Week welcomes new students
From September 1st to 3rd, we welcomed new undergraduate and master’s students from the following programmes: Electrical and Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and Telecommunications and Informatics Engineering. All students, both undergraduate and master's, had the opportunity to meet their professors and mentors through the welcome event and the Welcome Session at Técnico, a tour of their respective campus, and the programme-specific welcome sessions held at each Técnico campus.
At the Taguspark campus, welcome activities were held for students from the Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications and Informatics Engineering programmes. At the same time, undergraduate and master’s students in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Aerospace Engineering were welcomed at the Alameda campus.
Throughout the sessions, students learned more about the course structure, scientific areas of their programmes, and student groups they can join.
