The ElectroDay is the flagship showcase of the ElectroCap Programme, an initiative of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (DEEC) at Técnico. This event marks the culmination of the First-Cycle Integrative Project (PIC1) course, where final-year undergraduate students apply the knowledge acquired throughout their academic journey to solve real-world problems and challenges.

More than just a technology fair, the programme challenges students to develop three essential skills for their future careers: the ability to use technology to solve problems, the innovative mindset needed to create value, and the ability to communicate their processes and results clearly and effectively.

What can you expect from your visit?

As you explore the project fair, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with the teams and experience the results of their work firsthand. Each team will be present to:

• Present a detailed poster explaining the project's concept and development process;
• Deliver a live demonstration of the functional prototype they designed and built.

In addition to the general public, the event will welcome external evaluators who will assess the technical rigor and impact of the solutions presented.
