Afonso Ruivo, a student in the Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Ana Beatriz Silva, from the Master's in Aerospace Engineering, and Francisca Cardoso and Rodrigo Duarte, undergraduate students in the Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering, will represent Técnico at the European Innovation Academy, an initiative that fosters the creation and development of new business ideas in an international environment. The event will take place in Porto from 20 July to 7 August and will bring together students, mentors, and investors from more than 60 countries.

Participation in the European Innovation Academy is part of Técnico's initiatives to promote creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and international collaboration, providing students with direct exposure to one of Europe's largest startup acceleration programmes.

The participation of the Técnico delegation is supported by the Santander Foundation, a member of the Técnico Partners Network.
